Haldi Ceremony in Bengaluru, India

Bengaluru is my home town in India and I was super excited to photograph Ajay’s Haldi in Bengaluru, India. We have previously done a destination wedding in Jaipur, India which is North India so this time around we did it in South India with different tradition and rituals.

Day started early at 7 am with decor and detail shots. The family did the traditional haldi inside the home after gift exchange and Pooja.

The fun part of the haldi was outside their home in their front yard. The yard was covered with a tent and had yellow themed decor perfect for haldi(turmeric rituals) Buckets of water, water pistols, water balloons and lot of turmeric paste followed.
