Destination Wedding Haldi| ShivVilas Resort, Jaipur, India

This blog is Day 2, Haldi Event. Family and friends were all in shades of yellow and orange. Bride and groom were in blue the opposite color palette which was curated by Vama Designs.

We got some portraits of the couple and some decor photos and the couple walked in through the yellow floral arch and as they made their entry into the haldi ceremony area, they were showered by yellow and white confetti, and flowers which was lovely.

Bride’s dad is marathi so her aunt’s put a mundavale on her forehead for a touch of dad’s heritage. It was followed by a open dancing dance off by both sides. Yellow paste or Ayurvedic yellow cream was applied to the bride and groom and the afternoon ended with lunch and khullad chai for everyone.
